Our Leadership

Our elders provide spiritual and administrative oversight of the congregation. 

Pastor Joshua Crumlich 

Joshua Crumlich was called to Covenant Community in the fall of 2018. Prior to that he served as an associate pastor at a congregational church in New York City. He studied history at the University of Rochester (B.A.) and received his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Josh’s desire is to see people grow in their knowledge of God and to see God’s church built up in maturity and love through the teaching and preaching of the Bible.  He and Sarah have been married since 2006 and have three wonderful girls.

Dave Miller

Dave Miller grew up in the Bellwood area and joined the church after marrying his wife Valerie, who was raised in the church. Dave’s second love (after his wife) is farming. Together, he and his wife are business owners and they annually host the whole church for a hayride and picnic.  There is always room at their dinner table for guests! They have one daughter, one grandson, and two granddaughters.

Don Mills

Don Mills is a life-long member of the church, as is his wife Rhonda. Don has been a mechanical engineer for over 30 years, and he is an avid gardener and woodworker.  He often can be found sharing the fruits of his labor, or using his gifts to help others. Don runs almost every day on his lunch break. He and Rhonda have 3 grown children.
